Front seat headrest cushion?

When we're going on a long journey in our 2003 Elddis Autoquest, the passenger often wants to recline the front seat a bit and get a few minutes shut eye. However, the headrest on the seat is really hard. We've tried neck pillows, but neither of us can really get on with them.

Does anyone know of anyone who makes a soft cushion that slips over the top of the headrest to make it more comfortable?

Thanks

Make of this what you will, but doing so would, at least in part, defeat its intended purpose as a head restraint. It is designed to reduce (ideally prevent) whiplash injury in the event of a rear end shunt. It is not intended to be a headrest. Facing it with a more resilient material would, in all probability, negate its whiplash prevention function - especially, I suspect, if used as you propose, for a sleeping passenger. This may be why you have been unable to find a product that would, if used, reduce/negate its ant-whiplash function. It seems possible that the manufacturer of such a product might be held liable for any whiplash injury that could have been contributed to by its use.
