Rust proofing fluid F.O.C.

I have a quantity of heavy-duty professional rust proofing fluid excess to requirements. Its intended application is for the rustproofing the inner steel skins of submarines and warship and is also ideal for automotive applications. It can be brushed on or applied by spray (eg for inside doors, sill, etc).
