Charles
Good good, more availability for us. Sod December though we'll be there in a few weeks getting brown as a berry, swimming in the lovely big pool (better than most hotels), watching the Beatles, going to China Garden eating beautiful food and the odd beer, zipping about on the scooter, life doesn't get any better for us. Call me a philistine bit when people talk about monasteries, architecture, culture, I think err thanks, but no thanks.
artheytrate
We've payed a deposit for our trip in September, but this evening I've seen on another forum that La Torreta has lost it's licence and will have to close. They've been given 15 days to appeal. John.
Charles
I'm sure it will be ok. There's been some talk before about closing the bit at the bottom (we call it the flood plane) as it's supposed to be dangerous but when it floods it's knee high. Spain is one of my favourites, however Benidorm is not Spain as I know it. As far as "old" culture goes I can take it or leave it, give me modern anytime.
