capstan55
Has anyone bought and used an Aguri sat nav? If so have they had problems with it getting very hot, and very short battery life when not plugged in.
potus4388
I have recently bought an Aguri and found it to be vey good compared to my Tom Tom car sat. Nav which caused me no end of problems when using it with my motor home- a big mistake! I have noticed it got hot but can't comment on short battery life as I have not used it when not plugged in. Charles
Can't be any worse than a Tomtom's non existent battery life.
capstan55
I didn't have to many problems with my old TomTom. The new Aguri has yet to be used and proven, still trying to work out how to put in lat and long, and the instructions don't seem to be a lot of help. MagHal
I have used our Aguri but only in UK so far. It performs OK. it doesn't boot quickly and doesn't go off when the ignition is off. There are a host of navigation options and the screen is uncluttered. It seems to work better than the Garmin Nuvi I had which has a fondness for un-adopted roads and dirt tracks.
