Jan V
When harvesting solar power my Votronic regulator will fill up my battery to the magic 100 % capacity. Seems to be in balance; the charge current will be between + 0,2 A and -0,2 A. If any equipment is turned on I can monitor the increase of Amps from the solar, but the charge current going into the battery still seems to be in balance. It is pure satisfaction watching the meters when operating fridge straight from the solar panels... 14 Amps :-D My Schaudt EBL internal charger, and also the additional Schaudt charger, both could charge at 18 Amps. In total the Schaudt family could deliver 36 Amps. Have the Schaudt´s become lazy? I can use a lot of A´s without getting any Schaudt charging. How low should the batteries be before Schaudts start working? I was thinking; the Schaudts gone bad? Without any 230 vac; I swithced on a lot of equipment and used aprox 20% of my capacity Hooked up the cable and.... got my 36 A charging. YES Nothing damaged; Schaudts just lazy :-D Or slow and safe :-D
