soulman
Hi all, my 1990 Fiat Ducato Murvi camper pump has finally died. Its not done too bad as I have owned it for 20years. My question is can I still get a new pump and where from?. I cannot find one they all look different now. Its a microswitch system with a submersible pump that sits in a ten gallon tank under the van. On the pump is the following info. CARVER THAMES Part No6057689(A) (W99244) Serial No834386. Fingers crossed regards Soulman.
Mick Bajcar
Try e-bay I have no idea about your particular pump but e-bay is often a good place to start - and it looks as though there might be one on there finishing in four days. keninpalamos
Reich is probably your best bet for a submersible type pump, but there are plenty of others & as Mick said eBay is the easiest option as many of the accessory dealers use it.

747
A common problem, even on vans a lot newer than yours. Comet pumps are good quality and cheaper than the Whale pumps (which I regard as overpriced rubbish). http://www.cometpumps.biz/12-volt-submersible-high-performanc Check to see if your old pump has a built in non return valve or an inline one. You may need to purchase one also.
