Keithl
Hi Jedster and welcome! Have you read the recent thread on Elddis and damp... http://forums.outandaboutlive.co.uk/forums/Motorhomes/Motorhome-Matters/Bulge-blister-on-side-panel-join-on-Elddis-Suntor-100-cracked-shower-tray/47308/ ? If not it is well worth reading and hoping the OP comes back with more info as the dust settles! Keith.
jedster2009
thanks for thread link, its a shame for that owner ours is a 2014 purchased at 20 months old on our 1st hab check it was found the skirts needed doing again due to a slightly high reading this year it was quite high and a three month recheck was advised well its still high so they want to do the skirts again and also some inside wall boards surely if the skirts were done correctly last year they would not need doing again unless they missed something I have a body warranty for 6 years so repair is not the issue, its why its required already. as having no damp in previous vans I am not happy reading the forums the exposed wood is often talked about I have took pictures and emailed the dealer for their take on it I have also asked elddis md rob quine via a registered letter, (this will be interesting as in june 2016 mmm he said feedback is important) for his opinion but as yet no reply this may (will) influence our next purchase
