I am looking to replace my water level sensor on my Autocruise Stargazer as mine is duff.tried Oleary"s no good.IT is a SCHIEBER 5 probe Ref:34.11642.40. (Actually, the Scheiber documentation details 5 probes, and the 11642 range appears not to be a current model.) Have you tried a dealer for your motorhome brand to see if they can get spares? But, has he cleaned the probes and checked the electrical connections/fuses between the sender unit and control panel? This measures 4 water levels and - although it is not apparent from the photo in Robinhood’s link - there are 5 stainless-steel probes (5 tiges inox) as described here http://www.scheiber.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/08.002-SONDES-EAUX.pdf The (invisible in the photo) 5th probe is just a short ‘stub’ and, although it will provide a ‘level 4’ reading on the water-gauge when a water-tank is 100% full, with many water-tanks just using a small amount of water will cause the gauge to drop to the ‘level 3’ reading.
