Autotrail Satnav, player problems.

Hi all, I just wondered if anyone has had problems with the satnav and player system on a autotrail mohawk Since new I I had a problem with the cd player jumping and stuttering on the upper tracks of the cd so it was upgraded electronically via the USB port, it was a bit better but not good so the whole unit was replaced. Now the satnav is no good it gets lost even when driving on the motorway sending me off at junctions and straight back on also it just looses the road for sometime just out of the blue, by the way these are roads that have been here for years. They have now tried to upgrade this unit electronically but it is still the same. This has happened over the two years from new as we have been away for long periods so now the warranty is up what will be done? Has anyone experienced this problem with this system and what was the outcome? It is booked in for next week at Fiat again and I seem to be getting know where. Cheers Tringy.
