OOOOOOOOOOOOH! I just love old engines. In my younger day I used to be known as an engineer because I had an engine 'ere and an engine 'ere (and several more 'ere there and everywhere).

Having read this thread it occurred to me that Motorhomers must be far less tolerant to noise than Boaters. As boaters don't take any notice of another boats Diesel heater. We have to put up with the hoards of quacking Ducks anyway. Live and let live I say.

Proper boaters use a sail !!!!!!!

Over!

And a Diesel Heater!!!!!

And an engine to moor up!!!!!

And break down all the time and call out the Lifeboat because they don't know how to maintain their engines!!!!!

And get soaking wet!!!!!!

I'll stick to my cruiser with the 200HP Diesel engine thanks. :D
