If Bullet had an ounce of sense he would read the Koran......then at least he would know what he's talking about ;-) ..........

Although I should perhaps warn him that when it comes to us nonbelievers/Kafirs it does get a bit tedious *-) ........

There's only 114 chapters and depending on how you read them 6,236 or 6,666 verses ;-) ..........

Hang on a minute isn't 666 the Devils phone number? 8-) ......

Anyway, since this thread is supposed to be about Brexiteer Boris's latest Gaffe,

Correct John.........apologies for the derail.

He can't resist me John ... Twice in the last week or so he has claimed hes going to ignore me or words to that effect ... I'm young , he's old and we know the type of folk he defends ... Worrying , very worrying ... Be nice for everyone if he stuck to what he says for once

My comment wasn't aimed at you, but at myself for talking about one of Brexiteer Boris's 'latest' Gaffes when it has already been superceded by another :-(

Yes i knew that but could see where it was going with the usual suspects. A sub-forum room off here would be useful where they can play together with each other.

Thank You for defending our right to play with each other ... I somehow knew you would given your track record ... Back on topic with Boris I think both him and Mr Gove have it spot on with this silly woman ... Like our hero over the pond says " Lock her up , lock her up " ... God bless our President xxx

Its even worse than this article suggests;

https://evolvepolitics.com/boris-johnson-just-admitted-fully-supports-bullfighting/

Only about a quarter of Spaniards support bullfighting. The first province to vote to ban bullfighting, 6 years ago, was Catalonia. About a year ago the Spanish court voted to overturn the Catalonian ban. So not only does he potentially alienate three-quarters of Spaniards who oppose bullfighting, but he is putting another twist in the problems between Spain and Catalonia.

Whether the last point is something he is completely inadvertent about, because he is sometimes spectacularly useless at establishing the facts of a case, or he knows and is deliberately winding them up, who can guess?

Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe doesn't suit Tony69's preferred ethnicity though.

There is currently a case involving a British woman in Egypt who has actually committed an offence, unlike Nazanin, but i expect Mr69er will excuse her as she's white British. *-)

It's funny how Corbyn isn't using his connections to intercede on this woman's half, given his links to Terhan ;-) ........

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5075965/Corbyn-s-hypocrisy-cosying-repressive-regime.html

Mind you it does help explain why he's rather condemn Boris than the regime that's holding her in prison, but hey that's "Hug a Jihadi Jeremy" for you *-) .........

So politicians like Jeremy Cornbyn who prefer talking to people instead of invading them, gets slated for it by the Establishment Press. Could this be why Britain is the only country in the world to have been at war every year for over 100 years :-(

PS - Does the Daily Mail expect the leader of the Opposition, who they deride at every opportunity, to be able to undo the damage done by the Foreign Secretary in power? Brexiteer Boris has told them what they wanted to hear - how can Jeremy Corbyn now persuade them to accept what they don't want to hear?

Muslim sex gangs

If they are sex gangs they aren't Muslims.

The thing about Churches is, because they are open to everyone, any unsavoury person can join them and use that for Virtue Signalling. So Churches may contain all sorts of people from the very good to the very bad.

You didn't say people like Sir Jimmy Savile OBE KCSG were part of a Church of England Sex Gang.

So why do you say Muslim Sex Gang?

There is a woman called Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe in jail in Iran.

She has dual nationality, and went to visit family there last year, with her young daughter. She was arrested, accused of spying or plotting to overthrow the state, and sentenced to 5 years in jail. The daughter is with the grandparents.

Her British husband is here in Britain, hoping for and trying to campaign for her release.

Some of this is already familiar to people who have seen some of the story on local TV from time to time.

Unfortunately the Iranian regime sees the occasional reports here as tending to confirm her guilt, a mentality that is perhaps not totally surprising when we consider that some countries have only state outlets for journalism and broadcasting.

More recently, she has been further accused of plotting to overthrow the state, which might increase the sentence to up to 16 years.

The Foreign Office are trying to intercede on her behalf, and even the United Nations is involved.

Where does Boris Johnson come in?

Last week, addressing a parliamentary committee, he said the woman was in Iran training journalists.

This isn't true, her husband says, and it does seem that maybe Boris is getting mixed up, that some Iranian journalists were trained here.

His intervention has caused more suspicion by the Iranians, and the possibility that her sentence will be doubled.

Her husband wants Boris to undo the mess he has just caused, but perhaps it won't be easy to undo the distrust at the other end

This begs the question for me.

How can anyone believe the likes of Boris Johnson are going to outwit 27 other countries to negotiate a better deal outof the EU than we had when we were in?

An update on this John.

Finally today Johnson has met with Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffs husband. It's taken 19 months. :-( :-(

Whilst blustering Boris huffs, puffs and stutters his way through, Mr Ratcliffe displays extraordinary calm and courtesy throughout. He's asked to accompany Johnson to Iran and if diplomatic status could be given to which Johnson said he'd consider them "but there are problems".

Johnson is the problem!!

Mr Ratcliffe get's my vote for Foreign Secretary, he'd certainly make a damned good Diplomat.......and Boris can stay in prison when he gets to Iran.
