This report if it is accurate wont go down very well with the Fishing Community. :(

Another group sold a pack of lies perhaps.

Are you using New Economics Foundation as a totally unbiased source ???

Bit rich having seen some of yours. (lol)

I have no idea if its accurate or not but thought it may be of interest to the debate.

Given that it's looked at a broad cross range it seems a balanced detailed report without any bias. There is also no evidence to suggest it's politically influenced by any particular persuasion and has been instrumental in challenging xenophobia and racism in the Brexit debate. I'm not sure how or why anyone with an ounce of self respect could see challenging that as being a bad thing? It needs challenging to get it stamped out. Their CEO is a Professor of Political Theory and Fellow of University College, Oxford.

It's certainly a much more credible and informative source than some Wail, Breitbart or Stormfront link that's for sure!

When I challenge xenophobia and racism within Islam you call me a racist and Islamaphobe ... Now your saying challenging those two is a good thing but obviously just not in the Islamic world though eh ?

One day you won't tie yourself up in knots over what proves to be a difficult subject for you

That reminds me of that common but often spurious defence Dave “I’m not racist some of my friends are….. (insert target of choice)”

And, before you jump to any conclusion, as experience tells me is likely, I am not accusing you of anything -just pointing out the illogicality of your argument.

;-)

And does anyone know why this forum has a spellcheck based on the American spelling of everything?

.. insider Savile info...

What insider Savile info is that then?

Yo've been back to the thread to post twice, but still no reply.

Your insider Savile quotes you hear on the radio for one that you still won't say who actually said it when they were supposedly quoting something Savile supposedly said ... I thought you didn't want to talk about that again but if you want to carry on

I heard (I think on the radio) Sir Jimmy Savile OBE KCSG attitude was 'If I go down, I'll take some of them down with me'

I don't find that hard to believe.

PS: Not saying there were others as bad as him. But that he probably had something he could blackmail them with.

I'm surprised you find it so hard to believe.

Thats not what you've previously said John ... For a start you didn't say "think" you heard it on the radio it was a definite on the radio ... But most importantly you said previously it was someone quoting Savile saying those things and not as your now claiming that it was actually Savile ... Take a look back if we can all be bothered ... I seem to remember you mistaking November for December recently and getting in a tizzy over UEFA and the FA so your track record isn't brilliant but please carry on because your easy

Of course Sir Jimmy Savile OBE KCSG didn't actually say it on the radio himself. When did I ever say that?

That's a new one......i've yet to see any posts where you've 'challenged racism within Islam'. I look forward to seeing you quote some of those posts you've expressed such views in as i think there would be many others besides myself keen to see where you've had such an amazing (imaginary) 'salvation'!

One day you won't tie yourself up in knots over what proves to be a difficult subject for you.

You are the one "tying yourself up in knots" in being so anxious to shoehorn Islam into something i never mentioned. I wrote, "challenging xenophobia and racism in the Brexit debate".......it's nothing about Islam...you chose to stick that in and as a result ended up with egg on your mush, as usual.
