Is it possible to add a back button?

First question is how many cars? I have one car and one motorhome so answered one.

Question 3 then gives you vehicle options and lo and behold you can choose a campervan.

So should I have answered 2 to question 1?

I think that you need to provide some authentication information, ie who is conducting the research (individuals names), contact details, address, detailed research proposal etc. As it is currently represented, your request could just as easily be a phishing attempt.
