Tourope
Anyone got pet insurance with European cover that allows more than 60 days on a single visit to Europe? And if so what company? Our dog is currently insured with MoreThan and the quote has increased 25% on last year, even though we've not claimed. It's only when i started looking at other policies on a comparison website I noticed that these limitations apply. I've seen one other that says 100 days cover and I assume they can tell from the pet passport whether you've exceeded that. This year we've probably done about 120 days abroad. lancepar
We use the following insurers when visiting europe for holidays in addition to our usual dog insurer, works out cheaper in our case. https://www.eandl.co.uk/pet/pet-travel-insurance Have a look and see if they offer what you are looking for. Tourope
Thanks had a look at that. I've checked the yearly policy and the cost is £193 a year. Our existing pet insurance doesn't cost that much. The only other policies they offer are are 56 days which is £38, plus there's a calendar month one for less. So I think we'll give one of those a go in future. :-D
