We'd used European breakdown for a puncture on our VW transporter van (~5m) in Germany last year - very prompt and helpful. A letter arrives from 'Darrell Evans 'Director - Products and Communications' with an apparent change breakdown cover is now ' cars, motorcycles, motorcaravans provided it conforms to length 5.5m height 3m width 2.3m weight 3.5 tonnes. We've just changed our van to a 6m Citroën Relay. SO is my European Breakdown cover now void? Nobody on Co-op's telephone banking/ privilege desk knows. Motor breakdown queries just go through to RAC whose limits (same as Co-op last year were 7m). Live chat and messaging equally unrewarding. I'll just have to snailmail Darrell for clarification!
