Motorhome wheel arch

Welcome to the Out&AboutLive forums, Keith.

I believe the Home-Car PR62 model (photo attached) was the same as the Lunar Champ H622.

It’s extremely doubtful that you’ll be able to source a rear wheel arch (which one - left or rignt?) nowadays, unless you could find a Home-Car/Champ that uses that wheel-arch moulding and is at a breakers,

Even a very badly damaged plastic moulding is likely to be repairable - so it might be useful to know why you need this part.

Thanks for reply

Bottom at one side broken off 50mm impact damage

Quote for replacement-new £980:00

Does that mean that you’ve found someone who would be able to obtain the correct new wheel-arch or what?

There are lots of firms that specialise in repairs to plastic car bumpers (examples here)

and if the damage is ‘only’ restricted to a relatively small area of the arch (and repair is actually practicable) one of these firms might be able to do the job much cheaper than the £980 you’ve mentined.

I don't know what area you are in but I have used :-

in the past and had a much more difficult and larger panel made at a fraction of that cost. Even if you don't have the broken part they will be able to use the other side for pattern to make the side you have damage on.

Have a look at some of the work on the website. Several wheel arches in the gallery page.

Totally recommend.
