50 years on- Dr Martin Luther King

Recommended Posts

Can’t let it pass, not sure where I was when he was assassinated, but it was as memorable as JFK.

Some things have changed, maybe even improved; for some at any rate.

Seems to me that vested interests are the beginning and end of most of our problems.

It’s not a “baby-boomer” situation, it’s a “human-nature” situation.

Urgency is lacking, another 50 years of faltering progress towards racial equality is just too long, but how do we move it up the global political agenda?

Regards, Snowie
