mickandrita Posted May 15, 2018 Share Posted May 15, 2018 Hi I unfortunately bought this van some years ago only to find in my naivety that it had been toshed up to look good but was in fact as rotten as a pear, my brother who is amazingly skilled in any thing to do with his hands helped me, due to my poor health, to strip all the old wood and wall boards until we eventually found some solid wood and then replaced it ,I was storing all lot of the pieces for it in my shed which caught fire and destroyed the seating cushions and a number of other parts but the part I need most in order to press on with the rebuild is the aluminium strips that go over the rubber seals and screw to the join between the roof and the sides I have most of them but some were destroyed in the fire mainly the section round the over cab can any one point me in the right direction to any were I can get some strips from before I set alight to it !! many thanks in advance Mick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
