:-D having recently purchased a Sprintaway Lux from Wheelhome, a small family firm, of Brentwood, Essex, we were mildly anxious when a problem occured with one of the windows. We contacted Mr Stephen Wheeler of Wheelhome who immediately set about putting things right. In order to do so he drove for five hours from Essex to us here in West Wales. He expertly solved the problem, had a cup of tea, and drove back.We were impressed by Stephen's enthusiasm, committment to quality and the thoughtfulnees of his design when we viewed the prototype earlier last year. We had not anticipated however that his committment to customer satisfaction would involve such temendous effort!J
