Are there really that many thieves about ?

I think the answer to how many are about is what I expected. A few.

 

If you're a victim its not funny but the percentage is small in relation to those who looked at this thread.

 

Without going in to detail some may have been avoided. Its a matter of putting ones self in the potential thiefs' shoes.

 

The house next me was entered twice a while ago, but if you walked the road "as a thief" ...... "it was the most suitable house to be done over"

 

So do your homework and not tempt him or her !!
