Guest Derek Uzzell Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 The "Practical Motorhome" website indicates that the May 2005 issue of the magazine included a Live-In test report on a Hobby T600 FC. Can someone confirm that this information is correct, please? The Hobby T600 FC is Ford Transit-based and I believed there was currently only one example in the UK - a rather tired LHD prototype that has been exhibited by Brownhills at various shows. However, Hobby also build a 600 FC on a Fiat/Al-Ko base and there are more of these about. So, was the Practical Motorhome test vehicle the Ford or the Fiat variant, please?
Guest petej Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 It was on the Tranny Derek, a LHD 2 ltr manual. pete.
Guest Derek Uzzell Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 Thanks for the confirmation - I've now ordered a back-copy of the May issue. If it's the Brownhills 'van that was tested it will be interesting to read the comments, as this vehicle has been at the last two UK Shows and, so I believe, was also at the earlier Dusseldorf exhibition.
