Basil Posted February 7, 2007 Share Posted February 7, 2007 There was a company at Peterboro the last two years who were fitting on site but they were dearer on their retail prices but were only charging £70 to install show special. As my DIY installation took two hours thats not a bad rate, te only thing is I was able to save £100 on the equipment to what they quoted plus when I was given the quote I could see I was being offered incorrect equipment for what I needed e.g. they were quoting for 30mb reg when I told them I was on standard Propane!! So on the basis of knowledge I was a bit sceptical. Doing it yourself is easy anyway, surely you must have changed a cylinder yourself before and if you can do that you can fit the Gaslow.
