Guest starspirit Posted February 10, 2007 Share Posted February 10, 2007 If any garage wanted my van for 6 weeks to do those jobs I would not be praising or even thanking them as I would be totally pi##ed off with them. That is diabolical service? Was it a warranty job? If so why were the defects not spotted when the van was 'checked' before you collected it? dickyc2 Posted February 11, 2007 Author Share Posted February 11, 2007 thanks for that star spirit, yeh i was getting pi**ed off towards the end, the problem being, the parts were on back order,plus it was in the bodyshop as well to fix a leak, and no the fault wasn't spotted before i picked it up last august, but i spotted it on the way home, but glad to have it back, weekends away.
