TrevR
Just wondering, Our Elddis Accordo 140 was broken into on 05 May 2019 and the maggot brain has caused extensive and completely unnecessary damage. Contacted Comfort Insurance (with considerable difficulty) and was invited to get quotes. Marquis charged £96.00 for insurance quote. £3,300 repairs agreed by Comfort Insurance and the parts were said to be ordered by Marquis on 22 May 2019. I am told that parts have to come from Italy and we were given a delivery date of 07 July 2019. Parts required are- Habitation door and frame complete Wardrobe door and catch Kitchen draw front and catch Fuse box door front and catch On 28 June 2019 Marquis informs us that all parts have arrived, however, it is claimed that the new door frame is damaged, has a chunk missing from it and will have to be ordered again. We were quoted a new delivery date for the door of 26 July 2019. My question then ...are these time-frames normal?
