Kevin1946 Posted July 22, 2019 Share Posted July 22, 2019 Hi all, I have just bought a 2007 model with 19,100 miles 2 owners,I lave solved most of the issues exept for a couple if anyone can help I would appreciate it. 1) the electric step workers sometimes ,or it will not go back in the first time,it may take a few attempts of it movin 1/2 way in ad 1/2 way out a few times then it will go on. The step is free moving,the contacts are clean, The Step controller is ES 803 number SN 010612 Is the the problem? I am happy with the van it has had some damage to one side but repaired ok,it has not been used much ,all MOT's match,I got it for 17,000£ with a few little issues It has original tyres ( will change them ) SHOULD I BUY A NEW CONTROL UNIT and where can I get one Kevin Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Derek Uzzell Posted July 23, 2019 Share Posted July 23, 2019 Apparenyly the part is a Arsilicii ES803 Step Controller I don’t know whether the step controller is the culprit - Allen (of A & N Caravan Services) may be able to advise on that and on the controller’s availability nowadays.
