One thing to remember is, if you close the roof light blinds, open the roof lights. Otherwise a build up of heat between the window and the blind could damage the window.

 

It can be the same on side windows if they have very hot sunlight shining directly on them - either have the window ajar, or the blind ajar, so excess heat can escape.

Evaporative cooling works great in dry climates, not so much in central Europe. 35-40°+ and 60-90% humidity don't work well together and you certainly don't want more by evaporating cold water/ice.

 

Use freezer packs in front of fan,it does provide some cooling,then put more pack in freezer.
