Gerry
I've just taken delivery of a replacement "hinged" Seitz glass. Anyone know how to get the old one out, without damaging anything. Gerry.
Guest JudgeMental
Depends on which one, I had to replace an over cab 500x250 one last year. You unscrew the telescopic plastic bracket from frame (only one on this window 2 on bigger ones) then just lift window up past the horizontal till it can be lifted free. It only sits on a groove on top edge – I lost mine as telescopic bracket had broken and I forgot to close window and it shook its way free on the road. getting hold of one is a different matter - there are so many types. colours are different range to range and some are flat on the outside with double glassed bubble on inside whilst others are the reverse of this! Gerry
Thanks for that, BTW, I just checked the new glass that arrived, and the bubble-skin is on the inside. The one I need is on the outside! Gerry.
