Derek Uzzell
Should save time if you said which other insurance providers you have contacted already. Insuring motorhomes valued at up to £150,000 is mentioned here https://www.motorhomeprotect.co.uk/motorhome-insurance/ (Is your current provider the “Independent Insurance Bureau” or the “Insurance Factory” or what?) weldted
Pardon me for the typo or what. It was the Insurance Factory Oxford. The Quote Zone from this site, Saga and Safeguard. All said they don't cover that value of van? Given the price of some vans I thought there might have been more companies,
Sydney1
I've always found Comfort to be best overall value although can't confirm if they go up that high. Mine was £65k
Rayjsj
The way the prices of motorhomes are going, they will pretty quickly have no customers.
mgnbuk
Have you tried Caravan Guard ? I had been with the Caravan & Camping Club "scheme" for several years before I bought the first Chausson, at which point their quote went astronomical. Caravan Guard were about the same price as my 4 year old Roller Team had been and was better cover, with the only requirement being I had to have an approved tracker fitted. I enquired about an alarm, but that wasn't a requirement & didn't offer any extra reduction. Might be worth a call. Nigel B

weldted
Quote from LV via Boundless adding Motorhome to car as a multi policy £347 including European breakdown up to 180 away. !!
Derek Uzzell
Presumably you've checked very carefully that the LV policy's terms and conditions (and the scope of the EU breakdown cover) Is appropriate for a motorhome of the size, weight and value of yours?
