Guest JudgeMental
I need to go to Belgium/Brussels at the end of March (hopefully!) to pick up my new camper. I can fly from Heathrow one way for a bit less the £50. Would prefer Eurostar for the convenience and the experience. BUT one way is a staggering £150! I can get a return for £59 and not use the return? Question is, any risk that they may chase me for the cost of a full single fare? …
Pat
Hi I would say most certainly yes, what can they do if you don't use the return infact you are saving them money by them not having to transport your van two ways! Years ago I used to import trucks from Holland and to fly out to collect them but the airfare oneway was always in excess of £100, however if I bought a return ticket and said that I was going to come back after the weekend it would only cost £40 - £50! Needless to say I never used the return ticket and I never ever had any comeback about it! Regards Pat
W3526602
Hi, No need to chase you, they just take it out of your plastic. Paying cash MAY be a way out......
