StuartO Posted March 22, 2020 Share Posted March 22, 2020 Interesting that CAMC thinks it has authority to order all the CLs to close; they issue excemption certificates (from Planning requirements) which they could presumably suspend or withdraw but it sounds a bit dictatorial. There are motorhomers who have no UK home to go to returning from Spain etc and CLs (which could if necessary close shared toilets etc) might well offer them a safe haven which they will otherwise struggle to locate.
