In a word - NO.

Details of Truma’s Trumatic “C” series combination air/water heaters can be downloaded from here:

Truma “Combi” heaters (that suceeded Trumatic C heaters in 2007) originally had the same rotating-dial control-panel(s) as C series units, but (from 2013) Combis became ‘CP Plus ready’. This meant that - instead of the traditional dial-type control-panel(s) - they could be fitted with a single digital panel and I believe it’s the CP Plus panel that you have in mind.

It is not technically practicable for a Trumatic C heater to be fitted with a “CP Plus” control-panel.

For me, the only ‘incentive' for wishing to fit a CP Plus panel to a Trumatic C heater would be if the latter heater were the C-6002EH gas+230V model and a single CP Plus digital panel might replace that heater’s pair of analogue rotary-dial panels.

Admittedly - as how to use a C-6002EH heater’s control-panels was clearly a mystery to some motorhome owners - integrating the functionality of the two analogue panels into a single digital panel MIGHT have helped in that respect, but it would still have been an expensive task with no really useful performance benefits.

For gas-only Trumatic C heaters, there would no obvious gains.
