stevec176
My friend took his Adria Matrix in for its hab check yesterday and there was a high damp reading in the shower zone. Further investigation found that there were numerous cracks in the roof around the shower roof light. The company who did the hab check said they hadnt seen anything like it before and it will probably need a new roof skin, hopefully under warranty. Has anyone heard of this before? Steve928
There's an active Adria owners' Facebook Group - it might be worth asking on there: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1456455311110339/ I'm a member as we considered an Adria once and I don't think I've ever seen an issue like this being discussed. The Matrix walls and roof uses EPS insulation which isn't closed-cell so may have become waterlogged - a complete new roof may be required. On another forum an Adria owner is having a complete side wall replaced under warranty. :'( It is not often you hear about serious problems on an Adria.
