AED Posted July 26, 2020 Share Posted July 26, 2020 If a new van is purchased from a franchised dealer some distance away , would your local franchised dealer become responsible , if required, to carry out any warranty work ? Reading your suggestion, it appears that the manufacturers do not pay the same price we have to pay .They are happy to undertake " paid " work but not at trade rates..
