boingfc
Does any one have any experience of mk2 Peugeot boxer dash removal, need to sort the heater resistor and the passenger speak. Don’t think Haynes did a manual for my model. Thanks
Derek Uzzell
Are you referring to a Year-2000 Boxer? If so, guidance relating to a 2000 Fiat Ducato should help...

Derek Uzzell
Martyn This 2013 ASOF forum thread related to the heater-blower resistor pack for a 1997 Peugeot Boxer https://www.autosleeper-ownersforum.com/t6790-heater-blower The thread is only viewable by first logging on to the ASOF, so I’ve copied the relevant posting and photo below Look under the dash on the passenger side and you'll see the blower - red arrow points to the resistor pack. The ‘resistor pack’ arrowed on the photo seems to be the item advertised here https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/303604899051 This 2015 MHFACTs thread mentions mini-speakers "under a plastic easily removeable cover" on each side of a (pre-2006) Fiat Ducato X244’s dashboard. https://forums.motorhomefacts.com/149-fiat-ducato/155921-ducato-dashboard-speakers.html Haynes has never marketed workshop manuals for Boxer or Ducato vehicles. A Peter Russek booklet used to be available, but this almost certainly won’t have provided the information you are looking for. Removal of the complete dashboard would be a major task taking several hours of professional labour. Replacing the resistor pack seems to be straightforward and (in my limited experience) dashboard-mounted speakers can usually be accessed without much dismantling being needed. If it’s not obvious how to get at the speaker, or it’s clear that accessing it will be very difficult, I suggest you leave it alone. (It might help if you answered my earlier question "Are you referring to a Year-2000 Boxer?’)
