Trump almost sounds as if he’s playing a game with the non- conceding of the Election. As if he’s doing it because he can and will only concede if he finds personal gain of some sort in doing so. “This Administration will not be ordering a Lockdown” (regardless of what the winner might want to prepare for because until January 20th I am still in charge).
