jumpstart Posted November 17, 2020 Posted November 17, 2020 Half of the staff were at home, so presumably caught from family. Boris is only isolating as he has been near someone who tested positive.

Had all those concerned, including Boris, observed the standard advice to maintain distance, wear face coverings, and wash hands, would any of them have been likely to become infected or have to isolate? One might expect Boris to know enough, by now, not to have taken foolish risks. How is that countered by highlighting others with similar shortcomings?

Quite BoJo taking foolish risks himself is bad enough. 11 months into the pandemic and after he has already caught it once is breathtaking But telling us to wear facemasks and keep 2m apart, open windows for ventilation etc Then posing for photos doing the opposite I couldn't care less if he gets the virus again - he is obviously incapable of learning anything so is a lost cause. But spare a thought for those he is telling to enforce these measures How can they expect the police to enforce these measures when they are ignoring them? And spare a thought for those who have to deal with him, work for him How can they tell the Prime Minister to observe social distancing?

Pelmets obsequious defence of him is Brexit at any cost and any criticism he sees as a threat from 'the enemy'. He needs open his eyes and ears more as even some Brexiteers are turning against Johnson now.

Just the same as them at the Trump rally who defend Trump whatever he does I don't understand why But Dominic Cummings does Which makes him so valuable to BoJo So valuable he even defended him over the Barnard Castle Eye test, and ordered his cabinet to defend the indefensible too. What has he got that makes the likes of Pelmet defend him whatever? He must just know which buttons to press :-S
