If you're seeking to infer that the CPS and courts are pro-police, I suspect every officer who's ever served in the last 50 years would disagree, me included.

 

Sentencing is influenced by previous convictions. I have no idea if that is the case here, but it could be that one of then has a history of anti-social behaviour and no longer qualifies for lenience, and the other hasn't.

I think its a given that the judicary and the Lawyering/Liaring trade is without doubt pro-criminal :-| ..........

 

Why else would they want immigrant murderers and rapists to remain in the UK? *-) .........
