Bulletguy
436,296 Jobs lost as of 31 January 2020 through Brexit so you've got a long way to go yet. Pop along to the Honda plant to meet the 3500 workers losing their jobs and homes and tell them how much better off they will be with Brexit. Pelmet has been asked numerous times but is too afraid to face them.

We know that maths isn't your strong point but when 8,000 jobs had been lost from the City as of December 1,500 coming back isn't a victory. Come on its not that hard? 8,000 - 1,500 = X Where X = total number of jobs in the City moved away. Especially as they are coming here in expectation of the total loss passporting and equivalence, as it says in the original link these new jobs are in fact "Brass Plate" company registrations to address this failure in UK negotiations and you will probably see a further massive reduction in real office numbers. As for your link why do you think 1500 EU financial firms wish to extend or open new offices in Britain it's very complicated and expensive. According to Bovill 100 firms are banks and almost 400 firms are insurance firms that's 1/3 of applications. As an example of your reading you challenged Dave the pelmet quoting the 1500 firms as 1500 personnel.
