Remember that Cummings made that statement last year before there was a vaccine. At the same time as the scientists were saying you could only achieve herd immunity if there was a vaccine.

A lot of EU countries are ahead of the UK in rollout of the vaccine program.

Which in fact is now called Bligthy and makes you a plague-spreader population.

And Europe but not only now would be in a better position.

Ffs the countries in the EU are only talking about herd immunity NOW, when there is a vaccine. A bit like small pox etc herd immunity only happens WHEN THERE IS A VACCINE.
