weldted
On our Burstner the switches are under the nearest overhead locker to the bed
plwsm2000
On my Frankia, the lights below the drop down bed are controlled by the same switches as the other lights in the van. My drop down bed actually has three sets of lights that are independently switched - ambient strip lights, spot lights and reading lights. If any are still switched on when the bed is lowered, a microswitch on the bed mechanism automatically switches these ones off and switches on the lights above the bed. The microswitch just switches the 0V to the lights (not the +12V). Assuming your lights are controlled in a similar way and the bed lights are not working, check the microswitch on the mechanism.
