Regardless of the environmental class of your vehicle, you must have and display the "Crit'air" sticker which you must request and receive in advance. It costs about 3.50 euros.

The vehicles in question are recent Euro 6b models, not old.

 

A few years ago Promobil published results of various van bases, Fiat and Citroen/Pug (despite having different engines) had much worse emissions than MB and VW. Since then we learn that Fiat where allowed to do their own emission tests, seems things haven't got any better.
