Chausson Cracked Window

Hi All, I have a Chausson 268eb Motorhome bought new in 2016 from Highbridge Caravans. In July this year the dinette window (Dometic) cracked about 4” (100mm) from the hinge bar top left running down and across to the left side of the window now the Kitchen window has cracked in the same place neither have been hit or damaged, I e-mailed Dometic but did not want to know, went to Highbribge Caravans they said it could be the hot weather. Has anybody had a similar experience.
