Tracker
As I recall, and I may be wrong, they are not compulsory unless your vehicle exceeds a certain size? However, regardless of size I beleieve that if you have them they must work - if not - take 'em off and cover the holes with reflectors of a similar colour! Den
Easily available on eBay for any vehicle and easily fitted. I think over 3.5 tonnes they are compulsory, but it also takes in size. When fitted they have to work. One of our 16 seater side maker failed during the test. He gave us 15 mins to rectify or he would fail it. Took 2 mins. Quick clean of the terminal and all was well. Changed it on our return. Takes 10 mins to change them.
vindiboy
https://tinyurl.com/y3sjs4pm I have six of these lights on the skirts of my Chausson, pain in the butt they are too , one or the other often fail so I buy them in bulk now, they get water ingress in them and this causes corrosion, easier to change the whole thing I find, , MOT tester told me they are a fail if not working, put plenty of silicon on the backs of them when refitting one they have a rubber seal on them too but not very effective I find
Hans
These are a Real Pain in the ass. On top and bottom. Be sure they are Moisture tight. They should work at the MOT.
