Knaus hab door deadlock problem

Hi,

2017 Knaus Motorhome on Ducato chassis. Problem with hab door deadlocks. Came to lock up last night whilst on a campsite and discovered hab door could not be closed as deadlock (claw like) locks had activated and could not be retracted using key, fob or various options of multi pressing main key fob. Consequently we cannot close door.

This happened once about 4 years ago but we have forgotten the fix. 
 

Any ideas appreciated..l

Have you tried pressing the central locking buttons that are  on the centre section in the cab area , also could it have been that the fix , the last time happened, was to disconnect the cab battery for a short time ,and then reconnect it ?

Have tried both to no effect. But, have pulled out pull handle on hab door and turning key to unlock it has now retracted the hooks. 
It appears to be a combination of unlocking the cab area by fob and then pulling door handle worked although it is clear one of the springs behind the inside hab door handle has gone.

To Operate the deadlocks I had to press the alarm key twice within a few seconds, just a thought
