John Keats
Why do people have to include silly signature comments at the end of a message? Once is enough surely, not every damned time in every message they post. Its very amateurish and unprofessional, just leave the message as it is, that makes it far more readable. JK One thing I cant understand is that you denounce signatures as "silly, amateurish and unprofessional". And yet you finish each and every one of your posts with "JK" Surely that is a signature, and is unneccessary as your name appears on the thread heading. Not having a go, just an observation. fjmike
If JK objects so much to reading signatures he can turn them off via control panel(top right just under "new threads")

messerschmitt owner
why do people insist in not looking at what forum they are posting in and post in what is obviously a forum about motorhomes rather than the one titled 'Chatterbox' where threads like this belong? (>) It's very amateurish and unprofessional. Not that I am a professional and, anyway, since when did this become a business forum rather than a fun forum? Derek Uzzell
Logically, it would be preferable for the "Chatterbox" forum to be at the bottom of the forums home-page rather than near the top. At present its position on the page and its invitation - "Want to chat about anything and everything? This is the place" - encourages people to post in Chatterbox rather than in another (lower on the page) forum section that would be more appropriate. Stick Chatterbox at the bottom of the page and this 'encouragement' is largely removed. Conversely, perhaps putting Chatterbox lower down would result in more Chatterbox-suitable material infiltrating higher-up specific-subject forums. It would also make better sense for the "Hints and Tips" section to be devoted purely to 'Good Ideas', practical suggestions, etc. and not include inquiries for information or advice. On the other hand - who cares?
