Poppy
With our motorhome on Thursday. 3 weeks in total. Crossoing to France on eurotunnel and then deciding from there. Think we will go as far as Burgundy and then we have so many choices BUT may go down atlantic coast. Choices choices!! Tough job but someone has to do it. First time with dog as well. Tony Jones
Enjoy yourselves - and remember, plans are a good starting point (and a great way to spend the winter) but don't let them rule your life once you're out there. If you hear about something you fancy, take a detour and do it. And if for some reason you can't do something, or go somewhere, you'd planned, don't worry, there will be something even better on your "revised" route. Have fun! david lloyd
Have a good trip poppy - and remember when you get to Eurotunnel Calais for the return trip to look out for the Pets Passport signs BEFORE driving to the entrance gate lanes. It is a small building standing on it's own to the right of the main area when you arrive. It has a fenced in dog walk area to the side. Take the dog straight in and they hand over the microchip reader for you to scan the chip then do all the paperwork. Then you can drive through the barriers to the trains. Bon Voyage, David
