davenewellhome
I know what you're saying Rowan but many people don't know how to check tyre age or posess a damp meter or know how or have the equipment to do a pressure drop test on their gas system and its these very people who need the srvices of a reputable agent to carry out a FULL inspection. Don Madge
I've just collected my van from the Timberland works after having some remedial work and a habitation check carried out, When they were checking the cassette blinds on the small kitchen window they noticed a small amount of water on the blind that pulls down. On checking they found a small leak around the top of the window. The window was taken out and resealed. We would have found the leak ourselves eventually and it could have caused us a great deal of inconvenience to get it fixed. So having the habitation check paid off for us.
