I think two are open all year. Details of sites can be found at http://www.gaf.tm.fr/en/france/campsite/corsica.php We aslo toured Sardina on the same trip and we found it more to our liking. Free camping is possible on both islands out of the main season. I can't locate my info on Corsica but I've got the Sardinian info to hand if it's any use to you.
