Sevensixtwo
Wonder what it will entail. Anyone with suggestions I’d be grateful. Cheers Mike.

Derek Uzzell
The Hymer Van 314 model was built from 2016 to 2018 and (I believe) @Sevensixtwo has a 2018 version. It was a very compact (5.54m long,/2.12m wide) coachbuilt design with an AL-KO chassis and its washroom had a small floor area (photo below) It might be helpful to know the reason for wondering what would be involved in removing the shower-tray (I assume that's what "shower pan" refers to) but it looks from the photo like the first task would be to remove the toilet. The tray has a complex shape and, if it has cracked, then it could be preferable to repair it in situ rather than remove it. A GOOGLE-search on motorhome shower tray repair will retrieve plenty of information/advice (including the SPEEDCOAT method Labby has mentioned above). This YouTube video relates to removal and repair of a badly cracked shower-tray of a Hymer Aktiv campervan. There are base-vehicle differences (Activ = panel-van-conversion, Van 314 = coachbuilt on AL-KO chassis and the Activ's tray has a single drain outlet, whereas the Van 314's tray has two drain outlets) but the tray removal process is likely to be similar and equally challenging.
