RonB Posted September 28, 2007 Share Posted September 28, 2007 Camping 'La Marina', La Marina (Approx 15 miles south of Alicanti), is a top grade site' with excellant facilities (inc pool). Adjacent to nice pinewood and beach surroundings. If you have in mind 'La Manga' at Mel Menor, this is a very popular site and good for water sports. However, You will either love or hate it, we are in the latter group. Much depends on what sort of pitch you can get as it has a large 'shanty town' area. Kate1881 Posted September 30, 2007 Share Posted September 30, 2007 Hi We checked out Camping Alberfiera dec/jan It is very big with lots of facilities on site, and a bus stop right outside. It took us 15 minutes to walk into the old town, which was lovely the beach was really clean and not crowded, lots of delicious places to eat and I can highly recomend Bravo's great food great service!
